Robert Reid - Fleet Maintenance ManagerBobby joined Howlin Concrete in 1988. He was promoted to Maintenance Manager in 2009. He is responsible for scheduling and repairing equipment, ordering parts, and plant maintenance. Mr. Reid is a member of the Edward B. Howlin, Inc. Safety Committee and responsible for the environmental maintenance of the Howlin Sites.

Brian Kistler - Dispatcher
Brian joined Howlin Concrete in 2001 as a Batch Operator, but was transferred to the Customer Service Department as an Order Taker. In 2005, he obtained his CDL license and became a full time CDP. Howlin Concrete realized that Brian’s expertise would be better utilized in the customer service department. In 2005, Brian became the 2nd chair Dispatcher for the Howlin Customer Service Department. Brian’s talent lead him to the Lead Dispatcher in 2018, where he continues to offer our customers unmatched flexibility and service. Brian is both SHA Plant and ACI field certified. His long career serving in many different departments within our organization has provided him the skillset and proven his commitment to our company, customers, and industry.
Ryan Loria - Sales and Business Development
Ryan is the newest member of the Howlin Concrete team, he joined us in September of 2019. He brings with him 25 years of customer service and business development experience. Ryan’s previous position as a Regional Business Development Manager, proved his passion for excellent customer service. He currently acts as the Executive Director of a Non-Profit, 22 March for Life Inc, and is a member of the Financial Counsel for St John Francis Regis Parish in Hollywood, MD.
